贵阳幼儿师范高等专科学校对外交流合作办公室与校办公室合署办公，是学校开展国际交流与合作以及一切涉外活动和国际项目的归口单位和职能部门，主要职能为：负责制订学校对外交流的规划、工作计划，国际交流与合作项目、外国专家聘请与管理、参加国际国内外事工作会议、学习掌握传达外事政策、领导和教师短期出国联络与服务、国家及单位公派留学进修管理与服务、赴外派遣留学生、招收及管理和服务国际留学生、港澳台地区事务、汉语国际推广、涉外接待、赴外留学咨询与服务，及对外交流工作文件、文献、图片、资料等信息的收集和归档工作。

         Department of International Exchange & Cooperation Office of GPEC is attached to College Office, and it is also the focal point and management department of international exchange, cooperation, foreign affairs and international programs.The main functions are making work plans and international exchange and cooperation plans and programs; hiring and managing foreign experts; attending domastic and overseas foreign affairs meetings; learning and mastering foreign policies; contacting and serving the short-term going abroad of leaders and teachers, gorvernment funded overseas study and international foreign students; Hongkong, Mocao and Taiwan affairs, international promotion of Chinese, foreign affairs reception, consulting and serving , collecting and filing international exchange work papers, documents, pictures, datum and so on.
